Terms and conditions of this promotion set a legally binding agreement between Mondelez Bahrain Biscuits WLL (“Mondelez”) and Participants.

1. The Promotion: Biscuits Back to School (“the Promotion”)
2. The Promoter: This Promotion is being run by Mondelez Bahrain Biscuits WLL (“the Promotor”)
3. The Participant: All consumers who participate in the promotion. All participants and/or their sponsors must be 13 years old and above (“Participant”).
4. Participating Products: The Promotion is valid only on:

5. Markets: This Promotion is open to citizens and residents of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
6. Eligibility Requirements:
   Overview: Biscuits Back to School is a promotion where consumers upon scanning the QR Code from any participating products or respective advertisements can enter a raffle draw and get a chance to WIN exciting prizes. Note that purchase of a product is not mandatory to participate in the promotion.
   How to Participate:
   - Scan: QR code on-pack, from advertisement, or visit www.snacktimeksa.com
   - Upload: The image of the participating pack along with your details (Name, E-mail, Telephone & Number of Children)
   - Submit: Your entry is submitted into a draw to win.
7. Winner Selections (How and When):
   Start Date: 20/08/2025 at 6:00 AM
   - End Date: 18/10/2025 at 12:00 PM
   - Draw Date: 23/10/2025
   
   • Winners chosen via e-raffle using randomizer software, conducted by the COC Representative.
   • Total winners: 26
   • One prize per participant.
   • Government ID required to claim prize.
   • Tuition Fee prize eligibility: children age 0–18.
   • Tuition fees must be proven with invoice.
   • Payment method: bank transfer or cheque.
   • Promoter not responsible for technical issues or delays.
8. Notifying Winners:
   Winners will be announced via Instagram on @oreoarabia and contacted by phone. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days. Necessary documents must be shared to receive the prize.

   No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, Promotor reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value. The Promoter shall have the right to use all material shared by the Participants for its social media content.
10. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without informing the Participant if such Participant fails to comply with the Promotion’s terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason without any notice whatsoever and with no liability to any user or any third party. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without informing the Participant if such Participant has provided false information in their submission form or personal details.
11. Additional Cost: Any costs associated with accessing any digital platform is the Participant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
12. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter shall not be deemed responsible or liable towards any third party and/or Participant in case of infringements of any kind of such third party's or Participant’s rights or any loss of person or property or damage caused to the Participant/ third party by virtue of participation in this Promotion.
13. Force Majeure: If for any reason the Promoter cannot provide the winner with the prize because of any delays or changes beyond the Promoter’s control, the winner will be compensated with an alternative prize reasonably considered of equal value or greater value.
14. Participant’s Information and Data Privacy: By entering this Promotion, the Participant agrees that the information provided by the Participant may be used by the Promoter or appointed agency for the administration of this Promotion. The Promoter may also use the information to carry out research about this Promotion and communicate future promotions to the Participant. The personal data of the Participants collected in connection with this Promotion, are necessary for the performance of the Promotion and to satisfy legal and other requirements not contained herein. The communication of personal information relating to the Participant is carried out in compliance with the laws of Bahrain. The Participant expressly authorizes the Promoter to process personal data concerning him/ her and to communicate such data, to the subsidiary companies of the group, to its partners, its subcontractors and service providers and to any other required legal authorities, as required for the execution of this Promotion and in accordance with local laws and regulations. In this context, the Participant has the right to access, modify and delete his/ her personal data
15. The Promoter’s Employees: This Promotion is not open to the Promotor’s employees (or members of their immediate families namely sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, or spouses) or the employees of its subsidiaries, affiliates, sister companies or any third parties involved in the execution of this Promotion, either directly or indirectly. If any such person wins the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel such participation.
16. Governing Law: The terms and conditions of this Promotion are subject to the Laws of Kingdom of Saudi and the courts of Kingdom of Saudi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle and dispute or claim arising in connection with this Promotion.
17. Reserved Rights: Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, alter or add to at any time during its term.
18. You shall be liable for all the taxation that might arise out of the winnings/Prizes from this Campaign and shall not hold Mondelēz and/or Campaign Partner and/ or its/their respective affiliates responsible for payment of the same and/ or any dispute arising in relation thereof.
